1. Custom Order Policy

All products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. By placing an order, you agree that all details submitted are accurate and final.

2. No Refunds or Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun.

3. Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes, confirming the garment type and color, and reviewing all design details. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

4. Design Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design. Crowned Press Studio is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

5. Production & Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment is received. Production times may vary depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

6. Sabbath Policy

Crowned Press Studio does not process or fulfill orders on the Sabbath.

7. Shipping

Tracking will be provided once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates our policies or contains inappropriate or unlawful content.
